Joe Pernice. A member at one time or another of Pernice Brothers, Scud Mountain Boys, Chappaquiddick Skyline(For all you Ted Kennedy fans) and a smattering of solo work. This is one of his best I'd say although it cuts out two-thirds of the way through.
I'd also recommend a book he has just written entitled "It feels so good when I stop" about a music loving slacker in mid-nineties Cape Cod.
